Payment Provider Configuration
Users can access the LiqPay Payment Provider from the Payment Providers section under Website -> Configuration to configure and manage secure LiqPay payment integration within Odoo.
API Credentials Configuration
Administrators can configure the LiqPay API credentials to securely connect LiqPay with Odoo and enable online payment processing for customer transactions.
Payment Method Activation
Once enabled, LiqPay becomes available under Configuration -> Payment Methods, allowing customers to select it during the checkout process.
Checkout Process
Customers can add products to their cart from the Shop page and proceed to checkout, where they can choose LiqPay as the payment method to securely complete their purchase.
Secure Payment Redirection
When customers click Pay with LiqPay, they are redirected to the LiqPay secure payment page, where they can enter card details and complete the payment safely.
Payment Confirmation & Return to Website
After the payment is completed successfully on the LiqPay payment page, customers can view the payment confirmation details and click Back to Website to return to the Odoo website.
Payment Transactions Overview
Users can access and review all LiqPay payment transactions from the Payment Transactions list, including transaction reference, payment amount, and current status in a centralized view.
Detailed Transaction Information
Users can open the LiqPay Details option from the payment transaction record to view complete transaction information along with all related LiqPay payment records.
Payment Status Details on LiqPay Page
After completing the payment, users can view transaction details directly on the LiqPay page, including payment status and complete transaction information.
Refund Processing from Invoice
Users can process refunds by opening the Customer Invoice, going to the Payments tab, and selecting the Refund option from the LiqPay payment record. A refund wizard appears to verify details and complete the refund via LiqPay.
Refund Transaction Review
Once the refund is processed successfully, users can open the Payment Transaction record to review detailed LiqPay refund information, including refund status, refunded amount, and related transaction details.
Refund Review on LiqPay Page
After processing a refund, users can access the LiqPay page and click Return to review refund information and complete transaction details.
Payment Link Generation from Sales Order
After creating a new Sales Order, users can generate a secure payment link and share it with customers to collect payments online.
Payment Link Wizard
A Payment Link Wizard opens, allowing users to generate, copy, and share the secure payment link with customers easily.
Payment via Shared Link
After opening the payment link, customers can select LiqPay as the payment method and enter their payment details to securely complete the transaction.
