POS Order Type:
- Allows classification of orders as Dine-In, Takeaway, or Delivery. Order type can be selected on the product or payment screen and is displayed on the receipt and backend.
POS Theme:
- Enables customization of the POS interface, including layout, colors, buttons, and branding. The selected theme is applied across all POS screens.
POS Reorder:
- Allows users to reorder previous customer orders. Displays order history and enables quick addition of products to the cart.
POS Stock Quantity:
- Displays on-hand and forecasted stock in POS. Hides out-of-stock products and restricts orders for zero stock or price.
POS Receipt Theme:
- Allows custom receipt design selection. The configured design is automatically applied to printed POS receipts.
POS Multi-Currency:
- Supports multiple currencies in POS. Opens a currency wizard to apply exchange rates and records transactions in the backend.
POS Attach File with Order:
- Allows attaching files to orders and order lines. Files can be uploaded, removed, and accessed from the backend.

- Enables delivery methods in POS. Users can select shipping methods, apply charges, and view details in the receipt and backend.

- Allows cheque payment collection with cheque details entry. Information is displayed in the receipt and backend records.

- Enables sending order estimates via email before confirmation. Stores estimate history and details in the backend.
POS BOM Ingredient:
- Supports BOM products in POS. Displays components in the receipt and generates a picking list in the backend.
POS Happy Hour:
- Allows creating time-based offers like discounts, combos, and promotions. Configurable by product, shop, and schedule.
POS All in one Solution Workflow
- Configure POS settings, including theme, receipt design, order types, and features.
- Create and manage Order Types (Dine-In, Takeaway, Delivery).
- Enable required features like reorder, stock control, shipping, and payments.
- Open the POS shop; the selected theme and configurations are applied automatically.
- Select products and add them to the cart.
- Choose or confirm the Order Type during order creation or payment.
- View stock availability and restrictions directly on the POS screen.
- Apply Happy Hour offers or promotions automatically if conditions are met.
- Add shipping method if required and view charges.
- Proceed to payment and select payment method (cash, card, cheque, multi-currency).
- Enter cheque or currency details if applicable through the wizard.
- Attach files to the order or order lines if needed.
- Complete the order; receipt is generated with all details (order type, shipping, offers, etc.).
- View complete order details, payments, attachments, and reports in the backend.

POS Order Type Configuration
Here, users can create and manage multiple Order Types for POS.
POS Theme, Receipt Design & Order Settings
The admin can configure the POS theme, customize receipt layout, manage Order Types display, and enable the Reorder feature for quick product reordering.
POS Theme Application
When the POS shop is opened, the selected default theme is automatically applied to the POS interface.
Receipt Design Application
The selected receipt design is automatically applied and reflected in the POS receipt after completing an order.
Order Type Selection in POS
After selecting a product, users can view and choose available Order Types; clicking an option opens a wizard to confirm the selection.
Order Type on Receipt
The selected Order Type (e.g., Home Delivery) is displayed on the POS receipt after payment.
Order Type in Backend
The selected Order Type is also visible in the backend order details.
Reorder Option Access
Select a customer from the list and click Reorder to proceed.
Customer Order Reorder
Displays customer details and past paid orders; users can select an order and reorder all its products directly to the POS cart.
Reorder Product Popup
Clicking the view icon opens a popup with product details and reorder options, allowing users to add individual or all items back to the POS cart.
Shipping Method in POS
Displays available shipping methods in the POS window.
Enable Shipping in POS
Enable "Available on POS" to activate shipping methods in POS.
Shipping Selection in POS
A Shipping button appears on the payment screen; clicking it opens a wizard to select a shipping method.
Shipping on Payment Screen
The selected shipping method and its charges are shown on the payment screen.
Shipping on Receipt
The selected delivery method and amount are displayed on the receipt.
Shipping in Backend
The selected delivery method and shipping charges are visible in backend order details.
Estimate Order & Cheque / BOM Details
Enables cheque payments with details, allows creating estimated orders, and displays BOM details on the POS receipt.

Select a payment method and enable cheque details in settings.

Choose the cheque-enabled payment method and click the info icon to enter cheque details via wizard.

The entered cheque details are displayed on the POS receipt.

Displays the Order Estimate option; users can click to send estimates to customers.

Enter customer email and click Create Order to send the estimate.

BOM Product Configuration
Create and enable BOM products, then add required components.
