• Job Orders / Work Orders are linked with Projects, so if customers enter a Project Code (optional) while submitting a request from the website, the created Job Order will be linked to the corresponding Project in Odoo.
• Send instant email notifications to customers when a Job Order is created.
• Print Job Order PDFs from the backend, allowing your internal team to manage and reference job orders as shown in the sample.
• Allow you to configure Job Categories from the backend and enable customers to select a category directly from the request form.
• Allow your team to send Job Orders to customers via email directly from the backend, including the attached Job Order report.
