01 Navigate to the FAQs tab on the product form to create and manage product-specific FAQs. Add questions and answers and arrange them using sequence ordering
02 Product-specific FAQs are automatically displayed on the website product page, allowing customers to quickly access important information and common questions before making a purchase.
03 Disable an FAQ using the Active toggle when you no longer want it displayed on the website. The FAQ record is retained and can be enabled again whenever needed.
04 After disabling an FAQ, it is no longer displayed on the website product page. This allows you to control FAQ visibility without permanently deleting the information.

Can I create different FAQs for different products?Yes, FAQs are configured at the Product Template level, allowing you to manage product-specific questions and answers for each product individually. |
