Our Features
Customers can create return order from Portal/My Account.Customer can go to order and click "Return" button to return item which will generate return order in backend.
We can see the list of return related to a partner from the partner form view and easily switch to return order by clicking Return Count smart button.
Customers can view list of return orders from My Account.
Easily switch the return orders from sale order by clicking the return smart button in the sale order.
Allows to take PDF print of the return order.
Customers log into the website Portal, open their Sales Order, and click the Return button. This action automatically generates a return order inside the Odoo backend for processing.
Return orders are visible under My Account → Return Orders. Customers can browse all submitted returns, check progress, and download the return PDF if needed.
Yes. In the backend, a smart button on the Sale Order and Partner form provides direct access to all associated return orders, enabling quick navigation and operational transparency.
