Advanced Catalog Visibility for Multi-Website eCommerce
Advanced website, user, and customer-based visibility control for Odoo eCommerce.
Perfect for multi-website, B2B, private catalog, and multi-brand setups.
Key Features
Control product visibility per website for multi-website Odoo eCommerce setups.
Assign websites to products, e-commerce categories, and product tags independently.
Enable Strict Website Mode to hide products, categories, or tags not
linked to any website.
User-based visibility rules for Public users, Portal users, and Internal users.
Customer-specific product access for private catalogs and B2B use cases.
Centralized configuration from Odoo Settings with full access control.
How It Works
Assign one or multiple websites to a product. The product will be visible only on the selected websites. Leave the field empty to make the product visible on all websites.
Products linked to specific websites are accessible only on those websites and completely hidden from other websites.
E-commerce categories can also be restricted by website. Assign websites to categories to control where they appear.
If a category is configured for a specific website only, it will be visible exclusively on that website. Categories without website assignment remain visible on all websites.
Product Tags follow the same behavior as Products and Categories. Tags can be restricted to specific websites or shared globally.
Enable Strict Mode to hide any product, category, or tag that is not explicitly assigned to a website.
Control visibility based on user type: Public users, logged-in portal users, or internal users.
Configure user-based visibility directly at the product level to control who can access each product.
Public users will only see products configured for public access.
Logged-in users will see additional products depending on the configured visibility rules.
The same user-based visibility rules are available for E-commerce Categories.
Product Tags also support the same user visibility configuration.
Enable Customer-specific Product Access to restrict products to selected customers only.
When enabled, a new Customer Access tab appears on products, allowing you to assign allowed customers.
Combined user-based and customer-based product visibility in action.
