Easy Configuration

Sending E-Invoice
Effortlessly send your posted customer invoices directly to Billberry.ee with a single click from the invoice form.
Receive E-Invoice
Automatically fetch and import received invoices and convert them directly into Odoo Vendor Bills.
API Response Logging
Store the full JSON response from the Billberry API directly on the invoice record for debugging and auditability.
- Configure API Settings: Navigate to the Configuration menu to set up your connection with Billberry.ee. You can choose between Staging and Production environments and customize how invoices are processed.
- API Mode: Switch between Staging (for testing) and Production (for live invoices).
- Credentials: Enter your API ID and API Key to authorize the connection.
- Settings: Optionally check Attach Invoice PDF to include PDFs with the data and E-invoices Receiving to import vendor bills.
- Send Customer Invoices: Go to Invoicing > Customers > Invoices. Once an invoice is posted, click Send to Billberry to dispatch it to the e-invoice network.
- Receive Vendor Bills: If "E-invoices Receiving" is enabled in the configuration, the system will automatically fetch incoming electronic invoices periodically (Odoo Scheduled Action) from Billberry and convert them into Odoo Vendor Bills for your approval.
