Getting Started
Set up your car wash POS in minutes.
Install Module
Install WT POS Car Wash from Apps. Requires WT Car Wash Management and Point of Sale (auto-installed).
Configure Packages
Go to Car Wash → Wash Packages. Create packages with prices, durations and linked products. Add wash staff and service bays.
Enable in POS
Go to POS → Configuration. Open your POS terminal and enable Car Wash Mode. The car wash button appears in the POS navbar.
Start Taking Bookings
Open POS, click the Car Wash button. Book vehicles, accept walk-ins, assign staff, and process payments — all from one screen.

Booking in POS
Step-by-step booking wizard: select wash package, customer, staff and service bay. Supports advance payments and time slots.
Walk-In Service
Instant walk-in vehicle handling. Select wash packages, optionally assign a customer, and send directly to POS order for payment.
Staff Assignment
Assign wash staff to bookings. Track availability and workload per staff member with live workload badges.
Bay Grid
Visual grid of service bays and wash stations with live status — Available, Reserved, or In Use. Click any bay to view or start the service.
POS Payment Integration
Wash packages are added directly to the POS order. Accept cash, card or any configured payment method. Bookings auto-complete after payment.
Track All Bookings
View all today's bookings with status filters — confirmed, in-progress, done. Monitor active washes in real time from the POS.
Advance Payments
Collect partial advance payment at booking time. Remaining balance is charged when the wash is completed.
Backend Car Wash Management
Full backend for wash packages, staff, service bays, bookings and customer records. Powered by WT Car Wash Management module.
No POS Disruption
POS loads normally on the Product Screen. Car wash features open as an overlay dialog — the rest of POS stays fully operational underneath.
How to Use — Step by Step
Complete guide from install to first booking.
Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for WT POS Car Wash and click Install. WT Car Wash Management and Point of Sale will install automatically as dependencies.
Create Wash Packages & Staff
Go to Car Wash → Wash Packages and create your service menu (Basic Wash, Premium Wash, Full Detail, etc.) with prices and durations. Then add wash staff under Car Wash → Staff with their available services.
Set Up Service Bays
Go to Car Wash → Service Bays. Add your wash bays and stations. These appear as a visual grid in POS showing live availability.
Enable Car Wash in POS Config
Go to Point of Sale → Configuration. Open your POS terminal settings and enable Car Wash Mode. Optionally set the default wash package product for POS order lines.
Open POS & Start Booking
Open the POS session. Click the Car Wash button in the top navbar. The car wash management dialog opens with service bays, today's bookings, and action buttons for booking, walk-in, running washes, and tracking.
Process Payment
When a wash package is added to order, proceed to the standard POS payment screen. Accept cash, card or any payment method. The booking is automatically marked as done after successful payment.
