WT Enterprise School
Premium add-on for WT School Management â Library, Hostel, Medical, Canteen, Sports, Finance, Certificates, Result Cards, ID Cards & more.
Getting Started
WT Enterprise School extends your existing WT School Management installation with advanced features.
Install Base Module
Make sure WT School Management is installed first. WT Enterprise School requires it as a dependency.
Install Enterprise Module
Go to Apps, search for WT Enterprise School and click Install. All enterprise menus appear automatically.
Assign Access Rights
Go to Settings → Users. The module uses the same user groups as the base module â no extra configuration needed.
Start Using Features
All enterprise features appear under their own menu sections â Library, Hostel, Medical, Canteen, Sports and more.

Library Management
Manage books with ISBN, author, publisher, edition, rack number and cover image. Issue books to students and staff with due dates, track returns and auto-calculate overdue fines per day.
Hostel Management
Define hostels (Boys/Girls/Mixed) with warden assignment. Create rooms with floor, type (Single/Double/Dormitory), capacity and monthly fee. Allocate students with check-in/check-out tracking and occupancy monitoring.
Health & Medical
Record medical visits with complaint, diagnosis, treatment and prescribed medicine. Track vaccinations with dose number and next due date. Maintain complete student health history with follow-up scheduling.
Canteen Management
Define canteen menu categories and items with pricing and availability. Manage student digital wallets â top up balances and process orders. Wallet balance is deducted automatically on confirmed orders with full transaction history.
Sports & Activity Clubs
Create Sports, Arts and Academic clubs with a coach. Enroll student members with roles (Member/Captain/Vice Captain). Organize tournaments per club, record results and track student achievements across co-curricular activities.
Staff Evaluations & Training
Conduct teacher evaluations with configurable criteria and per-criterion scoring. Manage Internal and External staff trainings with attendee lists, certificate tracking and attendance marking. Generate performance reports.
Parent-Teacher Communication
Schedule parent-teacher meetings with agenda and meeting minutes. Send bulk email or SMS messages to all students or filter by grade and section. Track sent count and full communication history per record.
Counseling Sessions

Create student installment payment plans with individual installment lines, due dates and paid/overdue tracking. Define department budgets per academic year with planned vs. actual variance computation. Manage school expenses with receipt attachments and approval workflows.
School Events & RSVP
Create school events (Academic/Sports/Cultural/Ceremony) with date, venue and capacity. Send RSVP invitations to Students, Parents, Staff and Guests. Track confirmed and cancelled responses per event.
Alumni Management
Maintain records of graduated students with current employer, job title, city, contact details and LinkedIn profile. Build a searchable alumni directory to stay connected with former students long after graduation.
Multi-Campus Support

Holiday Calendar
Define school-specific holidays by type (Public/School/Religious/Other) with start and end dates. Duration is calculated automatically. Holidays can apply to all sessions or be scoped to a specific academic session.
Certificate Printing
Issue and print 6 official certificate types â Character, Bonafide, School Leaving, Transfer, Promotion and Fee Clearance. Each certificate has a unique auto-number (CERT/XXXX), tracks issue date, signing authority, conduct grade and student details. Full Draft → Issued workflow with chatter log.
Student Result Card PDF
Generate a professional A4 Result Card directly from any enrollment record. Results are grouped by term showing subject, total marks, obtained marks, percentage and grade letter. Includes term-wise subtotals, overall grand total, overall percentage and three signature fields for Class Teacher, Examination Controller and Principal.
Student ID Card PDF
Print a credit-card-sized Student Identity Card from any enrollment record. Displays student photo, name, roll number, class, section, session, father's name and contact number. School name appears in the card header with enrollment number and session validity in the footer.

Set Up the Library
Go to School → Library → Categories to define book categories. Add Books with ISBN, author, publisher, category and total copies available. To issue a book go to Library → Issues, select the student and book and set the due date. Confirm the issue. When the book is returned, open the issue record and mark it returned â the available copy count updates automatically. Overdue fines are computed from the configured fine-per-day rate.
Manage Hostel Allocations
Go to School → Hostel → Hostels. Create a hostel building (Boys/Girls/Mixed) and assign a warden. Add rooms with room number, floor, type and capacity. Go to Allocations and create an allocation record â select the student and room. The system checks capacity automatically. Check-in the student to activate the allocation. Mark as Vacated on checkout.
Canteen & Digital Wallet
Go to School → Canteen → Categories and create menu categories. Add Items with price per category. Each student has a digital wallet under Canteen → Wallets. Top up the wallet by adding a Credit transaction. Create orders from Canteen → Orders, add order lines and confirm â the wallet balance is automatically deducted and a Debit transaction is recorded.
Installment Plans & Budget
Go to School → Finance → Installment Plans. Create a plan for a student, add installment lines with amount and due date, and activate the plan. Each installment line tracks Pending, Paid or Overdue status individually. For budgeting go to Finance → Budgets, set an annual budget per department with line items for each expense category. The system computes actual spend vs. planned and shows variance automatically.
Counseling & Student Welfare
Go to School → Counseling → Sessions. Create a counseling session for a student, select the type (Academic/Behavioral/Career/Personal), log the concern and recommendations. Mark as Confidential if needed. Set a follow-up date and update status to Completed after the meeting. All sessions are linked to the student record for a complete welfare history.
School Events & RSVP
Go to School → Events. Create an event with type, date, venue and expected attendee count. The RSVP tab collects attendance confirmations â add attendees with their type (Student/Parent/Staff/Guest). Mark each RSVP as Confirmed or Cancelled. Use for open days, graduation ceremonies, sports days and parent meetings.
Student Documents & Visitor Log
Go to School Enterprise → Operations → Student Documents. Attach a document (Birth Certificate, ID Card, Report Card, etc.) to a student record with issue date, expiry date and issuing authority. Under Operations → Visitor Management log every visitor â name, ID type & number, purpose, check-in and check-out time. The badge number is recorded for security tracking.
Issue & Print Certificates
Go to School Enterprise → Certificates → Issue Certificates. Create a new certificate, select the student and certificate type (Character, Bonafide, School Leaving, Transfer, Promotion or Fee Clearance). Fill in the signing authority name under Issued By. Click Issue Certificate to move to Issued state, then click Print Certificate to generate the official PDF with school header, body text, serial number and signature area. Result Cards and ID Cards can be printed directly from any enrollment record via the Print menu button.

Odoo Version
Requires Odoo 19.0. Compatible with Community and Enterprise editions. Standard Odoo modules required: Account, HR, Mail â all installed automatically.
