What the Add-on Delivers
Six hospital departments, fully integrated with the clinical core.
Laboratory & Radiology (LIS)
A test catalog with parameters and normal ranges, orders with a sample → in-progress → result workflow, and automatic Low / High / Abnormal flags against each reference range.
Insurance & Providers
Insurers and third-party administrators, plus patient policies with a coverage percentage, a claim ceiling and validity dates.
Claims Workflow
Raise a claim from any patient invoice. The covered amount and the patient's payable are computed from the policy (respecting the ceiling), through a Submit → Approve → Paid flow.
Operation Theatre
Theatre rooms, surgery scheduling on a calendar, the surgical team, anaesthesia, consumables and pre / operative / post-op notes. The theatre is marked occupied while a case is in progress.
Blood Bank
Donors with a 90-day eligibility clock and a blood-unit inventory â grouped by blood group on a Kanban board â with component, collection, expiry and a Reserve / Issue / Discard status.
Ambulance & Dispatch
A small fleet with a trip / dispatch log â pickup, transfer, discharge or emergency â with origin, destination and distance. The vehicle flips to On Trip when dispatched.
Management Analytics
Ready-made pivot and graph reports across appointments, admissions, lab & radiology, claims and surgeries â slice by department, insurer, surgeon, status or month.
Lab Report PDF
A clean laboratory / radiology report with the patient header, every parameter, its result, unit, reference range and flag, plus a conclusion and a verification line.
Roles, Menus & Multi-Company
Reuses the core roles and adds an Insurance officer, with tidy menus per department. Every record is company-scoped with secure record rules.

How to Use â Step by Step
Install the add-on
Install Hospital Management Enterprise from Apps â WT Hospital Management installs automatically. New menus appear under the existing Hospital app.
Build your catalogs
Under Hospital → Configuration set up the test catalog, operation theatres and insurers. A few standard tests (CBC, Lipid, Glucose, Chest X-Ray) ship ready to use.
Order tests & publish results
Raise a lab or radiology order from Diagnostics, collect the sample, enter results â abnormal values flag themselves â then print the report and invoice in a click.
Schedule surgery & manage the wards
Plan a case in Surgery, assign a theatre and team, and track blood stock and ambulance trips alongside your inpatient wards.
Claim & analyse
Raise an insurance claim from the patient invoice, then watch the numbers in Reporting â pivot and graph views across every department.
