Installation
- Download the module from the Odoo App Store.
- Place the module in your Odoo addons directory.
- Update your Odoo instance to include the new module.
- Install the module through the Odoo interface.
How to use this module:
- Navigate to the All In One Merge Orders & Pickings app in your Odoo dashboard.
- Smart Auto & Manual Merge: To merge records, select multiple draft Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices/Bills, or Stock Pickings with the same customer or vendor. The system will automatically consolidate the selected records into a single document. Administrators can also initiate manual merges when needed.
- Flexible Merge Control: During the merge process, choose to merge into a new document or an existing one. You have the option to Cancel or Archive the original records after merging, giving you complete control over how merged documents are handled.
- No Data Loss — Complete Audit Trail: All merge operations are automatically logged in the system. View the complete history and original references in the Odoo chatter for full traceability, compliance, and reporting accuracy. To see the merge logs Go to Settings > Auto Merge Menu > Merge Logs.
- POS & E-commerce Synchronization: Product categories from POS and e-commerce channels are automatically synchronized during the merge process, ensuring consistent data across all sales channels and preventing category mismatches in reporting.
- Role-Based Access Control: The system includes built-in validation checks for document states and partner matching. Only Administrators can perform merge operations, ensuring safe and error-free document consolidation.
