Configure flexible rules at the contact level (highest priority) and global level, with a base percentage as a fallback. Calculate commissions on confirmed Sales Orders, validated Customer Invoices, or received Payments. All commission entries are stored in a centralized dashboard for tracking. Easily generate consolidated, detailed commission bills for each partner, ensuring accurate payouts and data security through authorized user access.

Installation

To install this module, follow these steps:

  1. Place this module inside your Odoo custom addons directory.
  2. Restart the Odoo server to recognize the new module.
  3. Navigate to the Apps menu and click Update Apps List.
  4. Search for ** Partner Incentive and Commission Management** and click Activate.

Usage

How to use this module:

  1. Log in as Admin and enable Commission Management from Settings > Users.
  2. Navigate to Commission Management > Configuration > Settings and select the preferred Commission Calculation mode.
  3. Configure the commission rules on the Partner form.
  4. Open the Invoice, select the Partner and Commission Type, then click "Update Commission".
  5. The system will calculate the commission based on your configuration.
  6. View all calculated commissions in the Central Commission Dashboard.
  7. Generate the commission sheet and vendor bill from the Commission Sheet menu.
  8. The same process applies to Sales Orders and Payments depending on your configuration.
