To create a rental order, start by entering basic details, including the Contract Rate Type and Start Date. Add rental products by clicking "Add a Line," selecting the product, quantity, and optionally uploading images. Generate a quotation by clicking "Quotation" and send it via email. Upon sending, you can approve, reject, or cancel the quotation. If approved, create an invoice and then a delivery once the invoice is confirmed. If a return is needed, select the "Return" option. Finally, you can either cancel or close the order to complete the process.
