Global Level: A person having global-level access for functionality can only decide what will be applicable for the whole organization experience.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
In the sidebar, only the selected apps got displayed so you need to first select some favorite modules which you want to show in the sidebar.
And regarding the position of the apps i.e. left and bottom, we have given the configuration for the same in the theme Settings so you can change the position of the sidebar from the theme setting whether you want to display your favorite apps on the left side or in the bottom.

Please find the below response for your query : Currently PWA only works for single database that is why it is not working with multi database. But we will enhance this and provide the fixess for the same in the next release of Arc theme so that it will also works with multi database.

Hello team, I have two companies that are using Odoo. Is it ok according your licence to use this theme for both companies? Both companies are hosted on different db Odoo instances.

As you have two different companies and both are hosted on different databases Odoo instances/servers. So yes you can use the ARC Backed Theme for both companies.
But for the same, you need to purchase two licenses for both companies.

Please update the reply Odoo support page.
We have enhanced the PWA feature for multi database and we have released it to both Ksolves and Odoo stores. We request you to upgrade ARC theme with Latest release. Module Updation Steps: Steps :
1. Download the latest zip file from Ksolves or Odoo app store, Extract it
2. Replace it with the one currently present in your addons with the same name.
3. Restart your server.
4. Upgrade the ARC theme module from Odoo Apps.
5. Now you are ready to go. Note: Firstly update and test the Latest release on Test Server or you must have the backup of the database, when everything is working fine on your Test server then perform the same to your Production or live database to avoid further issues.
