Global Level: A person having global-level access for functionality can only decide what will be applicable for the whole organization experience.

I am sorry I gotta change my review,
Support is great. But 2 days after I purchased this app, the price was reduced to almost half even though 4 of them were in contact with me through Skype no one ever mentioned that there will be a discount in 2 days!!
I tried to contact them to match the price no one really helped and they said we can do nothing.
I believe if this company appreciate their customer they would not do this.

It is a recurring problem for which we have requested support more than once. We hope that you will solve it once and for all because it is being maintained and I do not know what happens after that and the problem returns.
It was maintained in the Kanban view and is no longer maintained, so please maintain it as well in the List view. We can't see the next activities in arabic language.

It seems like you might be using the older version of Arc Backend Theme so we recommend you to please update the Arc Backend Theme V14 with the latest release "14.0." and then check the same.

We have checked the concern which you have shared with us and tried to reproduce it with the same case, but it is working as expected from our end no any such error is generating when using Arc theme in RTL and Measure is working fine.
It seems like may be you are using the older version of Arc theme, So in that case we recommend you to please update the Arc theme with the latest release.
If still facing the same issue then please provide us your Test server access so that we can debug the cause of the issue and provide you the optimal solution.

Best Backend Theme I ever seen for Odoo
I've checked many times for most of the themes out there, but I haven't seen anything like this in Odoo app platform.
Sophisticated design that is unparalleled or competitive - Multiple animations for elements - Rich control panel - Excellent customization ability - Strong and fast customer service - Very good after-sales service - Constant updates - Various directions RTL and TR - Compatible with phones and other features Not found in other themes.

Company related settings not working
I tried to have a different background for each company using ARC Theme, but each time it sets the last option to both company inside the installation

Global settings
This theme is nice, I bought it and I'm using it. What I see missing is Global settings, the admin should be able to set global settings for all users which then the users can change them if they want but right now there is no option for example to set the drawer background for all users, they need to set it one by one, this is important in company branding.
