Home Screen Theme Pro - Website bridge

Auto-installed when both Home Screen Theme Pro and Website are present.

Replaces the website front-end "apps grid" button (shown to editors on the live site) with a single "Go to Home" arrow, matching the navigation style of the rest of the theme.
