Manufacturing Dashboard is an advanced Odoo module that provides a comprehensive real-time view of manufacturing operations in a single screen. It enables production managers and shop-floor supervisors to monitor key manufacturing KPIs, including total planned orders, queued orders, orders blocked due to raw material shortages, in-progress orders, completed orders, and overdue orders, all filterable by a custom date range. Users can track Manufacturing Order (MO) progress with current production stages and completion percentages, monitor raw material shortages and expected availability dates, and receive low-stock alerts. The dashboard also includes a Work Center Load chart highlighting the top utilized work centers and a Pending Orders chart that categorizes production bottlenecks such as material shortages, capacity constraints, subcontracting delays, and quality holds.
