Even though my issue needed further investigation, they provided a temporary solution so that my operations could continue without a hitch while the technical team reviewed my database. This app seriously misses the mark for anyone running a real Shopify + Odoo operation. On paper, it promises synchronization. In reality, it behaves like Shopify is a completely separate company with zero structural alignment to Odoo. Pricing logic is the biggest fail: no proper price list mapping, no clean sync with Odoo pricelists, and no reliable way to manage multi-pricing strategies. You end up maintaining prices twice, which defeats the whole purpose of an ERP. Automation is basically nonexistent. Imports and exports are mostly manual, with no dependable background jobs, no real-time sync, and no confidence that data stays consistent. Products, variants, and pricing feel bolted on rather than integrated into Odoo’s native workflows. The connector doesn’t respect Odoo’s structure. Instead of extending it cleanly, it works around it. That leads to messy data, workarounds, and constant double-checking. For an app at this price point, that’s not acceptable. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a true ERP-to-eCommerce bridge with automation, pricing control, and structural consistency, this isn’t it. It may work for very basic, low-volume setups, but for serious businesses, it creates more problems than it solves. Would not recommend unless your expectations are extremely low or you’re prepared to build custom fixes on top of it.

Your installation docs are badly out of date.
The version dropdown on the documentation site linked on this page doesn't even contain an entry for v19 (which you are selling here, and we bought), and Shopify's app creation workflow seems to have changed rather drastically since the v18 docs were written.
I was able to complete the basic setup (I think), but this involved a lot of needless guesswork and trial and error. Please take some time to update your documentation. (Or if the v19 docs actually exist, please update the link on this page so your customers can find them.)

The emipro connector works well overall, we are happy with the way it connects, the only thing we would like it if we could have the option to override the prices of odoo using the shopify import, as for us we always have the same prices in the site and on the odoo app itself. Of course we understand, their support explained very well that the reason this does not exist is because some users would not want this override.
