Execute one or several Server Actions on record, when you print a document
Report Print Server Action
Execute server action, when any document is printed.
- Invoices
- Attendee List
- Timesheets
- Finished Product Label
- Request for Quotation
- whatever (see "Reports" in your System)
Set custom server actions
Execute any server action you want, just in time, when the document is generated/printed.
exemplary use cases:
- When printing a manufacturing order, you can plan also te manufacturing order
- Invoice Printing fills a history print field
- Printing the badge from event participant, also checks in the participant
- a new print of a document sets an activity for accountant

When you print a manufacturing order, also plan the manufacturing order..automatically.
You can also use existing Server Actions.

You can set one or several server actions to a report.
These server actions will now be applied when printing the document
