Advanced Attendance Management

  • arrow Advanced Attendance Management allows your Odoo instance to take a picture of the employee while they Check-In/Check-Out for the Shift start/Breaks/Shift Over.
  • arrow In the Kiosk Mode, after manually selecting your employee profile, the Module helps you to also click the picture of the employee while logging in/logging out.
  • arrow This module allows you to check the Attendance entry details for the particular employees along with their images, to make sure that the employee themself have made the attendance entry leaving no chance of proxies for your staff.
  • arrow You can check on reporting of the employee's working time; whether the employee is attending hours Under/Extra as per the Standard Working Hours configured.
  • arrow The Attendance Summary calculates the difference between Actual Worked Time and the Standard Working Hours. This provides you whether the employee has worked Extra OR Under the decided Standard Working Hours.

How to Install

  • arrow For Installation - Go to apps -> Search 'Advanced Attendance Management' -> Install.


How to Use

    Pre-Requisites

  • arrow Go to the Settings -> Configuration -> Permissions. Enable the checkbox for "Capture the employee image on Check-in/Check-out".


    Check-In / Check-Out

  • arrow Go to Attendance Module -> Kiosk Mode. Click on Identify Manually in order to select the Employee profile.
  • arrow After Selecting the Employee Profile, Mark the Work/Break option, and just press the Check-in/Check-out button. Refer to the below GIF.
  • arrow Selecting the Work option allows you to Start the time tracker for today's job.
  • arrow Selecting the Break option allows you to start/end the break time.


    Check Attendance Entries

  • arrow To check the attendance entries in your system, Go to Attendance Module -> Attendance.
  • arrow You can see the List of Work/Break sessions from your Employees
  • arrow In order to check the Attendance session attached with Employee Live-Image,
  • arrow Switch to Kanban View and select any of the tiles. You can see the Log in/Log Out time with the respective Camera Images taken at the time of Check in/Check out.


    Attendance Summary(Reporting)

  • arrow This Module comes with an Automatic Scheduler to trigger the action for calculating the attendance reports at the End of the Day.
  • arrow This Attendance Summary calculates the difference between Actual Worked Time and the Standard Working Hours. This provides you whether the employee has worked Extra OR Under the decided Standard Working Hours.
  • arrow To check the Attendance Summary, Go To Attendance Module -> Reporting -> Attendance Summary.


    Let us understand the Summary Report

  • arrow Check-In Difference
  • arrow Positive Check-in difference suggest that the Employee was late than the standard reporting time.
  • arrow Negative Check-in difference suggests that the Employee reported early to the office.
  • arrow Hours Difference
  • arrow Positive Hours Difference indicates that the employee has worked extra - after the standard working hours.
  • arrow Negative Hours Difference indicates that the employee has not worked for the standard working hours.

For Installation - Go to apps -> Search 'Advanced Attendance Management' -> Install

Usage

Go to the Settings -> Configuration -> Permissions. Enable the checkbox for "Capture the employee image on Check-in/Check-out"

Check-In / Check-Out Go to Attendance Module → Kiosk Mode. Click on Identify Manually in order to select the Employee profile. After Selecting the Employee Profile, Mark the Work/Break option, and just press the Check-in/Check-out button. Refer to the below GIF. Selecting the Work option allows you to Start the time tracker for today’s job. Selecting the Break option allows you to start/end the break time.

Check Attendance Entries To check the attendance entries in your system, Go to Attendance Module -> Attendance.
