Project Timesheet With Time Control

FEATURES

  • The module provides tracking of each and every task and its subtask .

  • Every Task and subtask can be tracked by the time.

  • Every task's Timesheet is generated

  • User can check real time duration of his task

  • User can start one task at a time so that no any user can gain extra times by starting 2 task at a time

Start With Time Tracking of Tasks


Go to the Project -> Create any Task -> Then select the stage group and assign your task to the user

Suppose this task is alloted to th Mitchell Admin . Click on start work to star your subtask from main task.

Give the description of your subtask and then click on Start new timer

Your subtask will be create in the 'Timesheet' tab. You can stop yours subtask by clicking on Stop button
When you click on stop button, Pop will be open were you can give extra information about your subtask and then click on Save Notes button
Information you put in the pop up will get added in 'Timesheet' on the same line of your subtask

Thus you can keep track record of each employee.

You can start your task directly from the kanban view without opening the card of 'task'
You can check all your task in My Timesheet
