Download the Module
Download the module ZIP file from the Odoo App Store or from mohamed-wally.com. Make sure you choose the correct version matching your Odoo installation.

Extract to Addons Folder
Extract the ZIP contents and copy the module folder into your Odoo
addons directory.$ cp -r all_in_one_activities_management/ /path/to/odoo/addons/
On Odoo.sh, push the module folder to your repository's addons path instead.

Restart the Odoo Server
Restart your Odoo service so the new module is recognized by the system before proceeding to the Apps menu.
$ sudo systemctl restart odoo

Update the Apps List
In Odoo, go to Settings → Activate Developer Mode, then navigate to Apps → Update Apps List and click Update to refresh the module registry.
Developer Mode must be active to see the "Update Apps List" option in the menu.

Search & Install
In the Apps menu, search for "All In One Activities", click Install, and the module will be active immediately â no restart required.
Done! Navigate to the Activities menu to start managing your team's activities.

Which Odoo versions are supported?
The module is fully compatible with Odoo 16, 17, 18 and 19 (Community & Enterprise). Each version is maintained separately to ensure stability and performance.

How do I install the module?
Download the ZIP, extract it to your Odoo
addons folder, then go to Apps → Update Apps List and search for all_in_one_activities_management to install. |

Does it work with multi-company setups?
Yes. Multi-company is fully supported. Activity tags, user access, and visibility are all scoped per company, ensuring complete data isolation between companies.

Can I restrict what employees see?
Absolutely. The role-based access system (Employee / Supervisor / Manager) ensures each user only sees and acts on activities within their scope.

How does recurring activity work exactly?
When an activity is marked as recurring, the next occurrence is automatically created upon completion of the current one. Supports daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly patterns.

Is time tracking mandatory?
No. Time tracking is entirely optional. You can use the start/stop timer when needed, or simply leave it unused.

Does it require WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp integration works via Odoo's built-in WhatsApp module. It requires the WhatsApp Business API to be configured in your Odoo instance.

How does auto-refresh work on the dashboard?
The dashboard automatically refreshes every 5 minutes in the background. A manual Refresh button is also available, and a "Last updated" timestamp is always shown.

What happens when an activity is deleted?
Activities are never permanently deleted. Instead, they are moved to the "Cancelled" stage to preserve the full history and audit trail.
