Helpdesk Support Ticket To Task
This module useful to create a task from a helpdesk support ticket, you can easily manage odoo tasks with a ticket. This module easily moves information, attachment, etc of the ticket to the task, Task is very useful in the case where you have multiple users who going to manage different actions based on tickets raised by customers.
for example. the customer has raised a ticket and there is 3 responsible person who needs to perform some action on basis of complaint than you can easily divide complain amount 3 responsible persons.
Go to users & companies and tick "Helpdesk Task".
Ticket form view, you can see tasks from the ticket form view.
You can attach multiple attachments to the ticket.
Press the "Create Task" button to create a task from the ticket.
You can assign tasks with responsible persons with the task description.
It moves information, attachment, etc of the ticket to the task.
After creating a task, you can see the created task number on the right side of the ticket.

We have added predefined some languages(English, German / Deutsch, Arabic, Spanish / EspaÃ±ol) in module, If you want to add other language you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We use google translator tools for multi-languages so possible translations can be not accurate. we accept suggest to make more accurate translations also on email@example.com.
