Introduction

This module displays the percentage of the amount on each line relative to the total of the section in financial reports.

• Install the module az_financial_report_percentage
• Go to Accounting Module
• Enable the “%” column in the financial report:
  • Go to “Accounting Reports”(Accounting>>Configuration>>Accounting Reports) and choose which report we need to add a percentage and total to it
  
  • A new tab with three new boolean fields has been added to the financial report configuration page “Show Total”&” Show Total Percentage”&” Show Percentage”.
  
  • After the New fields are checked, we should go to the columns tab and add percentages and total columns
    Note that the Expression Lable for new columns should be:
    • percentage for the normal Percentage column
    • total_percentage for the Total Percentage column
    • total for the Total column
  
  • Go to the Lines tab and choose the line you want to show its’ Percentage and Total and Total Percentage columns, and then add new lines as below:
  
  • Add percentage line:
    • Set name as “percentage” and Computation Engine as “Aggregate Other Formulas” and set formula based on other lines' code
  
• When saving the line a new column will be added to the report as below

• Add total percentage line:
  • Set name as “total_percentage” and Computation Engine as “Aggregate Other Formulas” and set the formula based on the line code you want to get the total percentage based on it

• When saving the line go to report and set the comparison rule two new columns will be added to the report “Total” and Total Percentage”
