Introduction

This app uses the employee's timesheet to generate a daily status that will be saved in the system and sent to the manager. It groups all the timesheet entries for each task and ticket on a single line and sums the time spent and the remaining time. In addition, it allows the employee to add comments on each line and notes for the manager. Next day task is a section that allows employees to set what they have on their plan for the next day. Then, the employee saves and/or sends it to their manager. Managers receive an email or check in the system and can reply to it and it will be attached to the chatter of the daily status.

• Go to the "Timesheets" app -> "Daily statuses".
• It shows all daily status, by default filtered by the current user. A manager can remove the filter and filter by employee, or team.

• Navigate to "Daily Statuses" and Click "Generate Daily Status".
• Automatically appears the Date, Manager/Responsible, and the Timesheet filled for that date.
• The employee is able to specify the date and CC employees.

• Fill in the Next Task (aka next day plan): Project, Project Task, Estimated time in hours, Comment. These are to be filled manually.
• Click "Generate" and this will generate the email template to be sent.

• The timesheets and daily status will be automatically populated in a well-structured email.

• Go to "Timesheets" App -> Configuration -> Daily Status.
• Specify the time allowed to send the daily statuses. After this time, the employee can generate the daily status, but can no longer send it to the manager.
• Specify the time (in minutes) allowed to modify the daily status after generating it.
• Choose the template used or create a new template.

• Create a new template for daily status (duplicate the template and modify XML view)

• Specify each user's daily status privileges. (i.e., which timesheets the user can view)
