Expiry Report of Product
The Expiry Report of Product app generates detailed reports of products nearing their expiry dates. It allows users to filter products based on expiry date, group data by location or category, and export the report as a PDF or Excel file.

Features
Enable Expiry Tracking:
Activate traceability features like Lots & Serial Numbers and Expiration Dates for reporting.
Product Expiry Report:
Generate a report showing products expiring within a set number of days, with options to group by Location or Category.
Export to Excel/PDF:
Export the expiry report to Excel with location grouping or print it as a PDF for physical records.
Location & Category Filters:
Filter the expiry report by product location or category to focus on specific sets of products.

1) Settings view:
User has to enable "Lots & Serial Numbers" and "Expiration Dates" from settings to enable the functionality of printing the report and pdf.
Navigation : Inventory → Settings → Traceability
2) Inventory view:
Here user can see the option for the "Product Expiry Report" under the Inventory menu "Reporting".
Navigation : Inventory → Reporting → Product Expiry Report
3) Product Expiry Report pop-up view:
User can see the pop-up view after clicking on the "product expiry report". Here user can see the fields for entering the number of days to generate report for, which will show you the list of products that are expiring during the entered days. Also user can select the group by(location) (category) and last location field where user mention the location of that product.
4) Product Expiry Report XLS view:
When the user tries to print the xls then user will get the below output with the assigned group by location. Here, in the xls user can see the location is mentioned on it.
5) Product Expiry Report pop-up view:
If the user wants to display data of a specified location, then select locations in the "Location" field. If you want to display products of all locations which products are available, then select nothing in "Category".To print the report, click on the "Print PDF" or "Print Excel" button.
