Expiry Report of Product
The Expiry Report of Product module for Odoo is designed to help businesses efficiently monitor and manage products approaching their expiration dates. It provides a comprehensive reporting system that enables users to identify expiring inventory, apply flexible filters, and organize data based on key criteria such as location or product category.
Features
Enable Expiry Tracking
This feature allows users to activate essential traceability options such as Lots & Serial Numbers and Expiration Dates within Odoo. By enabling these settings, businesses can accurately monitor product lifecycles and maintain detailed records of inventory batches.
Product Expiry Report
Users can generate a comprehensive report that highlights products approaching their expiration within a defined number of days. The report offers flexibility to organize data by Location or Category, allowing for better analysis and decision-making.
Export to Excel/PDF
The module provides the ability to export expiry reports in Excel format or generate printable PDF versions for offline use. Excel exports support structured data analysis, while PDFs are ideal for sharing, documentation, or physical record-keeping.
Location & Category Filters
Advanced filtering options allow users to narrow down expiry reports based on specific product locations or categories. This targeted approach enables businesses to focus only on relevant inventory segments without unnecessary data clutter.
