Odoo Merge Helpdesk Support Ticket App
Multiple support tickets from the same partner can be consolidated to streamline the resolution process, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience. We merge these tickets so that our support team has a comprehensive view of the partner's issues, enabling us to address their concerns more effectively and reduce duplication.
Create New Ticket
If create new is true then it creates new ticket else it merges with selected ticket.
Redirect To Ticket
Onclick merge ticket smart button then redirected to merge ticket.
Validation
If not same partner or select 1 or less ticket than give validation.

Onclick confirm if create new is true then create new ticket.

Onclick confirm if create new is false then it merges with selected ticket.
