Odoo Import sale order

Easily import sale orders into Odoo from Excel files with a single click. You can also import & export sale order lines to an Excel file. Detect errors and generate detailed error reports to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Navigate to Import Menu

Create or select an existing draft record. Choose the 'Sale Order' model, and download a sample .xlsx file by clicking on the attached file.

Enter the Salse Order data as shown in the sample file.

Select your XLSX file, then click the 'Process' button to complete the import.

Sale Order has been successfully imported! To view Sale Order, please click the 'View Your Order' button.

In the event of an error, an error file will be generated for correction. You can download it by clicking on the link.

Enter the Sale Order line data as shown in the sample file.

If a quotation has already been generated and you want to import lines into it, open the quotation and click the 'Import Order Line5' button.

select your XLSX file and click the 'Import' button to proceed.

What file formats are supported for importing sale orders?

  • The app supports .xlsx file formats for importing sale orders into Odoo.

Can I import sale order lines into an existing quotation?

  • Yes, if a quotation already exists in Odoo, you can open it and use the ‘Import Order Lines’ button to import additional lines.

Is there an option to export sale order lines?

  • Yes, you can export sale order lines into an Excel file

What happens if there are errors in the import file?

  • The system will detect errors such as missing fields or incorrect values and generate an error file you can download to view and fix issues.
