i installed the HRMS Core ,
but i'm looking for install ARC theme , so which module should be not installed in dependencies modules to ignore the conflict with both themes (arc, your theme ).

You try to install module 'hr_payroll_community' that depends on module 'hr_contract_types'. But the latter module is not available in your system.
