Theme Disabling Question
Hi - I asked on this discussion forum, I asked at least 15 times on their online website chatting system, I was told that someone would get back to me, but I simply cannot get an answer...
The theme that is offered, does not perform well. It makes it hard to work with and menus are scrolling incorrectly. This is Version13 Community Odoo...
I would like to know - for the last time - if there is a way to disable this feature? I am pretty sure a view is being modified and if the developer would point out what needs to be done, I'd appreciate it.
There are many modules I would like to purchase, but this kind of experience makes me feel very uncomfortable actually spending money on purchasing.
Would you kindly simply answer my question please?
Thanking you in advance.

Nice system except for a minor issue
hi, I installed the Open HRMS core. I have enjoyed the usage so far with all the modules that come with it. I tried to generate a payroll, but the WORK100 code that holds the days worked is not able to generate automatically as it is supposed to. Also, the BASIC, DED and ALW codes do not have the default computations loading. The ALW code and DED codes do not show at all in the rules list. I can deal with the BASIC, ALW and DED issues but I am not sure how to set up the WORK100 code to function normally. Please help. Thanks
I reported an error after installation. I used the Odoo13 community version

Problem with Payroll
I got an issue when attempting to create a new employee payslip. I'm getting the error: "As you installed the payroll accounting module you have to choose Debit and Credit account for at least one salary rule in the choosen Salary Structure." I've checked the salary structure, and it got both debit/credit account setup. I tried with a new DB with test data, still getting the same error. Kindly advise on how to proceed.

Re: error while installing
Are you using Odoo enterprise edition? You cannot use OpenHRMS core in the enterprise version if you are using the payroll module of the enterprise. There some changes to make If you want to use the OpenHRMS modules in Enterprise version with the payroll module of enterprise, we can help you with that. Contact us on odoo@cybrosys.com with more details.
I need some guidance
I have copied all the unzipped folders of the module after downloading into the addon folder of odoo 13.0. I then, restarted the service, switched to developer mode, updated the app list but this module is not seen on the update list. What could I be missing? My laptop runs on windows 10 and the CYBROSYS Base accounting Kit is already installed

Web Responsive menu overwritten
Hey guys. Awesome work.
Just want to ask. I have odoo13 community and web_responsive theme in order to recreate the menu from enterprise.
Your Ohrms Core overwrites stuff and keeps it there which breaks the responsive nature of things and then it behaves weird. Like the menu icons are smaller, there are scrollbars, the search bar is not automatically focused, the finger scrolling is jittery and on responsive it goes in one small row.
That's why I am using web_responsive. A different theme. What do you advise I do in order to disable the responsive nature of your core app?
Thanking you in advance.
Re: Web Responsive menu overwritten
Please send an email to odoo@cybrosys.com

PAYROLL ENTRY NOT SAVING
We are trying to make Payroll entries in your HRMS module. However, getting the error saying “you need to add a line before posting”. We have checked this error by uninstalling cybrosys HR modules and installing om_hr_payroll module it works fine in their module only has an error with your module. Can you please check and let us know the solution for this.
Re: PAYROLL ENTRY NOT SAVING
Thanks for the review. This message is raising due to the presence of payroll accounting module. We cannot post a entry without any lines. But in older versions it was possible. There are two methods to avoid this message. 1. Set a debit and credit account for at least one of the salary rule. It will be preferred that give the account to the net salary Salary rule. So that the proper accounting entries will be made while creating the salary slip. 2. Uninstall the payroll accounting module. If you uninstall this module there will not be any accounting entries made. Thus avoiding the validation message
