Odoo Pipedrive Integration
This module offers a powerful and seamless integration between
Odoo and Pipedrive,
enabling real-time synchronization of critical business data to improve sales and CRM efficiency.
The connector is designed to bridge key Odoo modules with Pipedrive's robust CRM features, ensuring smooth
and consistent communication across platforms.
The integration covers a wide range of functionalities, syncing data for:
Company,
Contact,
Lead,
Opportunity,
and Product modules.
In addition, it fully supports activities including
Calls,
Emails,
Meetings,
Tasks,
and Notes,
and Files(attachments),
ensuring that every interaction and update is instantly reflected in both systems.
With automated syncing of leads, pipeline stages, contact information, and scheduled activities,
the integration reduces manual effort, prevents data duplication, and boosts team collaboration.
Users can track opportunities, manage schedules, and access real-time customer insights directly from Odoo,
while maintaining a complete CRM trail in Pipedrive.

Activate the "Odoo Pipedrive Integration" module.
Click on Settings, then go to the Users & Companies menu, and click on the Users submenu. In the selected user's profile, under the Access Rights tab, scroll to the Other section and set the Odoo Pipedrive Integration field to "Odoo Plugin Admin."
Click on "User Profile," then select "Personal Preferences."
Click on "API," then copy your "Personal API Token."
Paste the "Pipedrive API Token" into the "Pipedrive App Token" field, enable the "Is Connected" toggle, and then click the "Test API Connection" button.
Click on "Import Company Fields" so that the "Field Mapping" and "Dropdown Mapping" are automatically mapped.

1- Turn on "Activate Scheduler" in both Odoo and Pipedrive to enable automatic synchronization of companies between Odoo and Pipedrive., 2-Click the "Sync Odoo to Pipedrive" button in Odoo. Make sure the"Sync to Pipedrive" toggle is enabled on the company record to sync it with Pipedrive. Similarly, for syncing from Pipedrive to Odoo,ensure the "Sync to Odoo" toggle is enabled on the company record in Pipedrive.
To manually fetch a Pipedrive record using the wizard view, click on "Pipedrive to Odoo." In the "Pipedrive Module Name" field, select the module name, and in the "Pipedrive Record IDs" field, enter the record ID.
Create a company in Odoo and click the "Sync to Pipedrive" button. The Odoo company will be synced to Pipedrive, and the "Pipedrive ID" and "Odoo Hash" fields will be automatically filled in Odoo.

Create a company in Pipedrive and copy the Pipedrive Company ID.
In the wizard, select "Company" in the "Pipedrive Module Name" field, enter "7" in the "Pipedrive Record IDs" field, and then click the "Sync Pipedrive to Odoo" button.

In Odoo, create a contact and go to the Odoo instance. Below the Contact tab, click the "Sync Odoo to Pipedrive" button.
