Add in the letters such as Headings, text, Bulleted list , Numbered List, Check list, Separator, Table, Code, Quote, Navigation (Link Button) as well as image too by tapping on the Question mark key in the keypad of your device.

Configuration:Letter->Letter template->Create

Letter Templates

Users can create numerous letter templates depending on their business needs.Under the Letter template click on the Create button to write a letter.Encrypt the details of the fields such as the “Name” of the letter and “Type for commands” for the body of the letter. Thereafter, save the letter template by clicking on the save button.

Selecting Particular Letter Templates

Tap on the ‘Create’ button under the “Letter” menu. Fields Description i)Main Subject: Heading of Letter template ii)Date: Current date iii)Reference: Use of reference of selected letter template iv)Template: Choose predefined templates v) Partener: Choose partener of the company. Once all the fields are encrypted, tap on the “Approve” and “Save” button.

Print Letters

Tap on the Print button to print the letter.
