We purchased the Amazon Odoo Connector by Emipro through odoo.com, trusting the product description. However, a very important detail is not mentioned: after 30 days, the module automatically deletes customer data from our own Odoo database — including name, email, phone number, billing, and shipping address.

This means that even though the order remains visible, the customer details are wiped, which is unacceptable from a legal and fiscal standpoint in our country.

Even more concerning:

• If you manually create an order from Amazon, or
• If you export a file from Amazon and import it into Odoo manually,

the customer data remains intact.

This clearly shows that the deletion is not required by Amazon but is a specific policy of the connector — one that was not disclosed before purchase.

We requested a refund. We are deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and potentially serious legal consequences this could cause.

Not recommended for any business that needs to comply with legal data retention requirements.

Our experience so far: Emipro is a professional company with a professional team. We have several apps from them and they work all properly.

The support is always there, there has not been a question that would not be solved!

• The connector does almost everything we would want to fetch from Amazon.
• Support using success pack hours was very good. The team is very knowledgeable and fast in response. I highly recommend going this route.
• We initially struggled to set up Canadian taxes but resolved that without any customization through the support pack and with help from the Empiro team.

Opportunity:

• I would have liked the ability to pre-schedule a meeting for the next day (using tools like Calendly or Microsoft Bookings), as we sometimes missed our working overlap window, delaying progress by 24 hours (which is still not too bad).

Emipro connector allowed us to bring all amazon orders without too much hustle, everything works fast, smoothly and without mistakes. We purchased success pack which made our integration process fast and simple. Highly recommend for anyone who looking a solution to bring amazon orders to odoo.

You have to pay a subscription fee for this connector, but it's absolutly worth it. Every update of amazon will be migrated very fast and the support team is very good. Small adaptions to your own needs are no problem for emipro. Furthermore, the connector covers all areas of amazon (FBA, FBM, products, many reports including settlement reports which is connected to accounting). You can automate every task via schedulers which saves a lot of time.

I have been using the Emipro Amazon app since Odoo 10. I have just recently completed an upgrade to odoo 16 and their app still remains the best way to integrate your business with Amazon. It automates all the daily/weekly tasks so I can concentrate on my business. I have complete many other Odoo projects with Emipro from other marketplace integrations and many custom apps and always find them easy to deal with and their solutions first class. Highly recommend.

Basic features are not even working, we contacted support and this is still going for 4 months now!

After the purchase there was a small misunderstanding.
The support from Emipro is very good and also very fast. All problems have been solved. 
We would also like to thank the developers for the good and fast work.
The app does a lot of manual work for you. 
The processes run fully automatically in the background. 
we have been using this app since version odoo 11 and are very satisfied.

We were using version 12 of the app. 
everything was good there. Now version 16. The app was changed in such 
a way that you can no longer determine the stock field yourself. 
Bugs in the app are only fixed for money.
