Unreliable, Poorly Supported, and Full of Bugs
We regret working with Emipro on their Amazon Connector module.
Our experience has been filled with major disappointments, including bugs, operational disruptions, and instead of solving bugs they always claimed it required customization which means additional fees. Here are the key issues we encountered:
I do not recommend working with this module or with Emipro at all.

The Emipro Amazon app works some of the time, and other times fails.
The app has many mistakes in it -- for example, when you download their tax module, it downloads for v15 when the app version is Odoo v17.
Importing orders works for the most part, but the schedulers often miss records and fail.
Support has not been responsive to properly resolve.

However, it appears that some critical functionalities, such as reconciliation reports and related accounting features, require additional customizations, which were not disclosed during the purchase process. *My Concerns:* *Scope of the Success Pack*: Why are these essential customizations not included in the Success Pack, given its purpose is to ensure successful implementation? Can you provide a detailed explanation of what the Success Pack covers versus what is considered outside its scope? *Advertised Features*: The connector was purchased with the understanding that it is compatible with Odoo Community V17 and includes the ability to manage reconciliation reports. If additional costs are required for advertised features, this should have been disclosed upfront. *Fair Resolution*: I kindly request that these customizations, if essential for the connector to function as advertised, be completed under the scope of the Success Pack. Alternatively, a clear resolution or refund process should be provided. Fully Featured Amazon Connector
We have been using this connector for years. Maybe 6-8 ish at this point. This allows us to seamlessly integrate Odoo with our Amazon orders. The automation and support is absolutely worth every penny. This does sync orders but it does so much more... Shipping records, settlement statements, inbound LTL shipments and more. You will save so much time using this connector. We recently upgraded our Odoo instance and Emipro and the team upgraded the app without any issues.
