Incredibly useful with great support
We wouldn't be able to run our business without this connector - the inventory and accounting connections to Amazon are invaluable. Much better than the built in Odoo connector for Amazon. Whenever there is an issue (usually amazon changing something or adding a feature) the support team is quick to help - either with explaining how to mange the change or developing a new module. The addition of AWD is a great example - they updated the connector quickly when asked and now it works perfectly with AWD shipments. Or recently there was a change in how Amazon treated returns - and the tech team added functionality to manage it. Highly recommend and appreciate all the work that has gone in to this product!

Unreliable Connector – Poor Support & Extra Charges
We had a very disappointing experience with this Amazon Connector. The connection often fails, and we kept getting repeated errors without any working solution from the Emipro team.
Their support was slow and unhelpful — bugs remained unresolved for weeks, and each issue required endless follow-ups. On top of that, they charged us extra for working hours without delivering real fixes.
Overall, the app is unstable and the service is unreliable. We do not recommend this connector for businesses that depend on smooth and consistent Amazon integration.
If a customer returns an order within 30 days and Amazon issues a refund to us, should these refund-related line items be reflected on the invoice for journal entry purposes?
