Automated Sale Order
The Automated Sale Order module streamlines the sales order process in Odoo by enabling automatic workflows. With this module, users can automate the transition from Quotation to Sales Order, create invoices, validate invoices, and register payments in a single step. When a workflow is configured, it links to the sales order, automatically completing the selected actions according to the specified workflow.

1) Invoices Configuration View:
Authorized sales users can configure the Auto Sales Workflow to define which actions should be automated.
Navigation : Invoicing → Configuration → Auto Sales Workflow

Users can view pre-configured workflows and select their preferred one for automating sales actions.

3) Auto Sales Workflow Creation View:
The "Create" button allows users to set up a new workflow, specifying which actions (e.g., confirming order, invoicing, payment) should be automated.

4) Sales Customer View:
Users can enable the "Is Automated Workflow" option at the customer level to automate sales actions for selected customers.

5) Quotations View:
With the "Auto Process" button, users can initiate the configured workflow for a quotation, triggering the automated steps up to sales order confirmation.

6) Quotation Picking View:
Picking operations are auto-processed based on the workflow, continuing seamlessly to the next actions as defined in the workflow.
