Organize Your POS Products with Custom Sequences
you can take full control over how products are displayed in your Point of Sale. Each product can be given a unique POS Sequence Number, ensuring that important or frequently sold items always appear exactly where you want them.
Features
Assign Sequence to Each Product
On the product form under the Point of Sale tab, you will find a new Product Sequence field. This allows you to give each product its own sequence number, ensuring important products always appear exactly where you want them on the POS screen.
Prevent Duplicate Sequences
If you try to assign the same sequence number to more than one product, the system will immediately warn you with a Validation Error. This ensures that every position in your POS is unique, avoiding overlap and confusion for cashiers.
Organized Product Display in POS
Products are automatically sorted in the POS interface based on their sequence numbers. Sequenced products appear first, while unsequenced products (set as 0) are neatly moved to the bottom. This creates a clean, professional, and easy-to-use layout for faster sales.

1.) Enable Product Sequence in Settings
you will find a new option called Product Sequence. By simply ticking this checkbox, you can enable product sequencing across your POS system. Once activated, all products can be arranged in a custom display order based on their sequence numbers, giving you more control over how items are presented to cashiers.
Navigation : Setting → Point of Sale → Product Sequence
2.) Assign Product Sequence to Products
On the product form view, under the Point of Sale tab, a new field called Product Sequence is available. Here, you can set a unique sequence number for each product. For example, setting 1 will make the product appear in the first position in your POS interface. This feature ensures that your most important or frequently sold products are always displayed prominently.
Navigation : Point of Sale → Product Variants → Product
3.) Validation Error for Duplicate Sequence
When trying to assign a sequence number that is already used by another product, the system will show a clear Validation Error message. This prevents duplication and ensures that each product has its own unique sequence number. It maintains order in your POS display and avoids confusion during product selection.
Navigation : Point of Sale → Product Variants → Product
4.) Corrected Product Sequence Assignment
After resolving the validation error, you can assign a different sequence number to the product. In this example, the Large Desk was given a sequence number of 2 since 1 was already used. This guarantees that every product has its own fixed place in the POS layout, helping organize the screen logically.
Navigation : Point of Sale → Product Variants → Product
5.) Products Displayed in POS by Sequence
products are now shown in the exact order of their assigned sequence numbers. In this example, the Storage Box (sequence 1) and Large Desk (sequence 2) are displayed at the top. Products without a sequence number (set to 0) are automatically pushed to the bottom, keeping the layout neat, efficient, and easy for staff to navigate.
