1) Creating a Quotation:
Users start by creating a quotation and confirming it to initiate the process.
2) Detailed Operations View:
After confirming the sale order, users can access detailed operations to manage lot assignments.
3) Auto-Assignment Confirmation:
This screenshot shows the automatic assignment of lot/serial numbers when the sale order is confirmed.
4) Stop Auto Add Lot/Serial Option:
Users can tick the "Stop Auto Add Lot/Serial?" option to prevent automatic assignment during delivery orders.
Navigation : Inventory ➡ Configuration ➡ Settings ➡ Inventory ➡ Stop Auto add lot/serial Configuration
5) Sale Quotations view:
Here, the user creates the Quotation and confirms it from the CONFIRM button.
After that, the user can open detailed operations by using this.
6) Manual Lot/Serial Assignment:
After stopping auto-assignment, this view allows users to assign lot/serial manually numbers to products.
7) Final Manual Assignment:
Demonstrates how users can now select a lot/serial manually for each product, providing flexibility in inventory management.
