Invoice Auto Email
Description
This module is configured to send invoice email automatically.
Functionality
After installing the Invoice Auto Email application, the feature will be enabled.
Go to Contacts. Click on any of the contact.
We can see the “Automated Invoice Email” field is created in the Contacts form.
If we enable this field and whenever we generate a invoice report for the particular Customer, that invoice will be sent through the mail to the customer.
Go to Sales and create a new sale order for that customer.
Create Invoice and after you confirm the invoice, if the email is sent to the customer then “Automated Email Sent” field will be enabled automatically.
By using this field we can ensure that mail is sent to the customer.
