Invoice Auto Email

Description

This module is configured to send invoice through mail automatically to the customer while confirming the Invoice.

Functionality

After installing the Invoice Auto Email application , the feature will be enabled.

Go to Contacts. Click on any of the contact.

We can see the “ Automated Invoice Email” field is created in the Contacts form.

This boolean available only on the parent contact. Once we activate the boolean in the parent contact, it is applicable to all child contacts associated with it. When a invoice is confirmed for a child contact email is sent to the email associated with that contact.

If we enable this boolean and whenever we confi rm an invoice  for the particular Customer, that invoice will be sent through the mail to the customer.

Go to Sales and create a new sale order for that customer.

Create Invoice and after you confirm the invoice,  the mail is sent to the customer as mentioned above.

We have a boolean  “Automated Email Send” in the invoice. Once the mail is sent to the customer then the boolean will be enabled automatically.

By using the boolean on the invoice  we can ensure that mail is sent to the customer.
