Create Return Order in Odoo – Smart Return Order Management
Manage customer returns effortlessly with Odoo’s powerful return order management system, now enhanced with multi-warehouse support. Create and track every Odoo return order with accuracy across multiple locations, handle Odoo sales return requests efficiently, and streamline your complete return workflow. Easily process product replacements, repairs, and credit notes while ensuring smooth, automated return operations across all warehouses in Odoo.
After installing this module, the group will be displayed and available for selection.
After setting the group, the Return Orders menu will appear under the Sales menu.

To create a return order, navigate to the Return Order menu and open the return order form. Select the relevant sales order, and the system will automatically generate the associated return items. In environments with multi-warehouse support, verify or set the warehouse to ensure it is correctly assigned based on the original delivery. Finally, specify the return quantity and select the appropriate action type for each return item.
After filling in all the required data, click the Confirm button.
After reviewing all the data, click 'Approve' if everything is correct; otherwise, click 'Reject' or 'Cancel' the return order.
After the return order is approved, its status updates to APPROVED, and a new receipt is generated for the return order.
You can view the receipt for the returned item in your return order. After the receipt is completed, the stock will be updated accordingly.
To close the return order, click the 'CLOSE' button. Ensure that all associated receipts, delivery, repair orders, and credit notes are completed beforehand; otherwise, the return order cannot be closed.
You can easily create a return order directly from a sales order using this button.

To send emails based on return order state changes, go to Settings > General Settings > Sales, and enable the appropriate option under the 'Return Order' section.
Odoo Return & Replace Product – Fast Replacement Process
Easily manage product replacements using Odoo’s advanced odoo return replace product functionality. Create a return order, process odoo sales return, and send replacement items instantly. This module simplifies the entire replacement workflow, ensuring accurate and efficient odoo return order management.
For replacement products, set the action type to Replace, and specify the return quantity and reason in the return item lines.
If you want to replace a product with another product, click the button.
Select the replacement product, then click the Confirm button.
The replacement product will appear in the return item line.
After all required information is completed and the return order is approved, the receipt and delivery are created, as shown here.
Odoo Return & Repair Product – Complete Repair Management
Handle repair requests smoothly with Odoo’s integrated odoo return repair product workflow. For repair products, set the action type to Repair, and specify the return quantity and reason in the return item lines.

Generate quick and accurate refunds using Odoo’s odoo return product credit note feature. Convert any odoo return order or odoo sales return into a credit note instantly. This ensures transparent accounting, smooth return management, and a professional refund experience for customers.
To create a credit note, click the 'Add Credit Note' button.
After clicking the button, the credit note will appear in your return order.
You can view the credit note for the returned item associated with your return order.

After the sales order is selected, the corresponding return items are generated automatically. Choose the request type and complete the required information in the line.

Handle Odoo sales returns, product replacements, repairs, and credit notes with complete control, ensuring a clean, automated, and error-free return workflow in Odoo.
To reject the return order, click the 'REJECT' button.
After clicking the 'REJECT' button, provide a reason and confirm the rejection.
You can view the rejection reason in the 'Other Info' tab.
To cancel the return order, click the 'CANCEL' button.
After clicking the 'CANCEL' button, enter a reason and confirm the cancellation. If related receipts, delivery, repair orders, or credit notes exist, they will be automatically cancelled. And the stock will be updated accordingly.
You can view the cancellation reason in the 'Other Info' tab.
