This Module will adds following accounting features to Odoo 16 community edition: Financial Reports, Asset Management, Budget Management, Bank Statement Import, Daily Reports, Customer Follow Ups and Recurring Payments

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Afterward, log on to your Odoo server and go to the Apps menu. Trigger the debug mode and update the list by clicking on the "Update Apps List" link. Now install the module by clicking on the install button.

Upgrade

To upgrade this module, you need to:

Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Restart the server and log on to your Odoo server. Select the Apps menu and upgrade the module by clicking on the upgrade button.

As a lot before me I still have the problem with import bank statement

It always show error: 
Please upload in specified format ! 
date, payment reference, reference, partner, amount, currency !

I use the sample which follows with the module. Updated all to the latest version of Odoo and addon but no luck.

Please advice?

Hi, addon good but; valuation doesnt work properly.

I setup category valuation is automatic. 

and i create PO and picking is done valuation amount is show 0, also product cost still 0, and account journal records debit credit is 0

I have problem with import bank statement with excel file:

date payment_ref partner_id amount Statement
11/07/2022 Customer payment 1 1000 S2-7th Nov 2022


It always show error: 
Please upload in specified format ! 
date, payment reference, reference, partner, amount, currency !

Can you help me? By the way, there is no button to create bank statement one by one?

Hello 

Your accounting app is one of the best available in the apps store - however, I am struggling with the Reconciliation with bank statements and uploading the bank statements 

Can you please help with the process for the same pls?

I have made an research regarding the missing translation term in connection with the om_accont_accountant module:

If you have a fresh odoo community 16 with standard account module installed, all terms for invoice / sales order are correct translated for additional language like german.

As soon you install om_account_accountant, some terms like 'Untaxed Amount' are not translated anymore (and you can not re-import language po files or do anything else to solve it).

It looks like om_account_accountant does overwrite those terms or prevents the loading of the language files.

Hello, I am using Odoo community edition.  I have upgraded the database using OpenUpgrade then I added Odoo Mates Accounting 16 to my addons path and restarted the server.  

When I try to check the Settings to see my version of Odoo I get the following error after installing this version of the app.

Uncaught Promise > Missing field string information for the field 'account_credit_limit' from the 'res.config.settings' model 

I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling with the same issue.  Any ideas?

Hi,
In v16 we don't have credit limit feature, can you do one thing, can you ensure to add the v15 version of om_credit_limit to your v16 and try the upgrade again.

As raised by Joe in January, I installed this app (v17) by upload and extract in the app store and get this error when trying to access settings. Following your reply to Joe, I uninstalled the app, extracted in the Addons, restarted the Odoo and PostGres services, went back to apps, "upgraded" the app and still unable to access settings.  any tips please?

we manually downloaded the same & copied the app to C:\Program Files\Odoo\server\odoo\addons
