It would be nice to allow the assignment of tasks to users linked to notes

Perfecto, lastima que no se pueda esconder las actas a usuarios externos, o que la pestaña siempre sea visible.

The window does not open in full screen, but as a window above the calendar. When you do this, you cannot print the report, view logs of sent messages, or assign tasks to users. Any suggestions?

The printing option is only available in the form view. Change the view to list and open the form view.
