Our module works with almost any printer. The only condition: you should be able to print something directly from your computer. If you can print directly on the printer - you will be able to print through our module.

Just want you need
After weeks of research on how to use a Handheld scanner with a Wireless printer and not getting much luck. I came across Ventor Tech ( Direct Print Pro) Watching the Demo videos and what it does, straight away I was like I need Plug in. It made everything I had been struggling to do look simple.
I finally tried the Demo and then messaged our Developers for our Odoo account and was like we need to purchase this Plug in......
Plug in purchased..... It wasn't as straightforward as we would have liked but thanks to Ventor Tech's Tech Support team and our Developers helping us get it all up and running on our Pre-Prod odoo we are now finally at the stage to go Live and I am excited to finally have a solution which works for us in our Warehouse.

Does not work like it should and no service
I need a refund on this app. It takes a full 2 min to print anything, when it does it's just code. I have reached out to the company in 2 different ways 4 days ago and they are not responding.

Also, I see that 6 days ago you asked a question in our CRM that you are finishing Odoo trial on Odoo Online. And was wondering if to use Odoo Online or Odoo.sh. And Vasily responded to you the same day that you need to have odoo.sh for this. On Odoo online it is not possible to install third-party apps.

Note that long printing (and issues with printed documents) is not related with client, but with printer driver usually. As we mentioned in a ticket, you need to download manually file and try send to printer avoiding Odoo. To test how fast printer will react to confirm this theory. But we can discuss this on the call or in the message.
Around 500 users using our module and have no issues. But if we will not be able to solve it, it is not a problem to do a refund.
Bad Module
After its price be high. It is required to pay a monthly fee even higher than odoo enterprise and the server where it is sent to print is full of your company's advertising, which our clients are not interested in. connection with third parties

Our module has it's own specialization and is used by customers who need to automatically print documents and most of them need this in Warehouse were downloading document on computer and send manually to the printer is too expensive operations and customer is loosing efficiency - meaning loosing money every month on employee salary.
In description of the module it is stated that it requires subscription as this is only way it is possible to print in a convenient way (the way we decided it should work).

As you can see we did our best to provide ways both to Odoo partners and to customers to study this topic and decide what solution they need.
As regarding pricing of the module - this judgement is quite personal. If your customers are small, then most likely the value that module gives is not compared with the price. But when starting to grow spending on printing manually becomes too high and module helps saving lots of money.
As I understand you are Odoo integrator and you need consult your customers depending on their size on what solution they need. That way we do also for our customers. Hope you have enough materials to do that properly. If not - let us know
