- Customer can easily submit their reviews and ratings from the portal.
Go to the user setting and tick the sale review manager access option.
Open the questions from the review menu of the sales.
You have the option to group by the questions based on the review template.

To give a review, open the sale order from the portal and click on the submit review option.
Add a rating and instructions here and confirm your rating and reviews.
After that, the 'Thanks' wizard will appear.
