MRP PLM

Everyone follows only what they need, approvals are simple.There will be a task where you need to revise your BOM every time while manufacturing products and do some changes in the component, our module provides the functionality where you can easily revise and change components with BOM and individual products.Easily Manage all operation and revised products.

MRP PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)

Click on MRP PLM Button.


Click on MRP PLM Button show kanban view.

Add configuration :

1. Add Eco Stage Details.


2. Click On Create Button.


3. Add stage name in stage field. 4. Click Allow to appply changes for change the BOM and Products.


5. User can also create stage like done stage.

Add MRP PLM :

1. Click on "Create" Button.


2. Add Reference.
3. Add Product.
4. Add BOM.
5. Click On "Start Revision" Button.


6. Stage view.


6. Click on "Revision Button" to Change BOM Details.


7. Modify Components and Operation Details.



8. When clicking on the start revision button it will automatically create new Bom revision in that Miscellaneous tab show product revision from 1 to 2 and goes on according to the revision.


9. After saving the record you can see the modify data into BOM Revision Tab.


Approvals :

1. Add Approval in stages.


2. After saving the approval in stage.
3. Assign user can see "Approval" and "Reject" Button


4. User can not change the stage until the "Approval" is pending.

Apply Changes

1. Click on "Apply Changes" Button to Archive old BOM and view the new BOM in Product BOM.

Product Revision

1. Create PLM for Product Only.


2. Assign user can see "Approval" and "Reject" Button In Product Revision Form.


3. User can not change the stage until the "Approval" is pending.


4. When the responsible person clicks on the approve button it will automatically go into the approved stage.


5. Click on "Apply Changes" Buttom.


6. When clicking on the apply changes button it will automatically change the product revision from 0 to 1 and goes on according to the revision
