Phone Calls linked with CRM

By this application, user can manage both applicants and their contacts and leads using their contact numbers. Some simple clicks give you the management and tracking, which makes this easier to remember and follow in terms of making connections and tracking follow-ups for important details, and the overall interface is self-explanatory, so in a few taps, you have added, edited, or simply searched for people's phone numbers. This app reduces the process if you have huge lists of prospective contacts or maintaining job applicants while saving you considerable time and effort in staying better organized.

In the settings, go to Phone Calls and select Phone Call Manager

In CRM the Phone Calls section is visible. Click on New to create a new Lead.

Then click on Save

Enter the details as required and then save.

Note that the phone number is automatically saved in international format.

From the Configuration menu go to Settings

In the Phone Calls section, make sure to check on CRM Lead.

This enables the Phone Calls module to fetch Lead records from CRM.

You can enter all the details including Phone Number in the form and save it.

If a Lead with the same Phone Number as entered already exists in the CRM records, it will be fetched automatically.

From the Configuration menu go to Settings and uncheck on CRM Lead and then click on Save

Note that after the above step the Lead records from CRM cannot be fetched.

Click on Create Lead. This will open a wizard.

Record is created. To view all records click on Calls.
