Phone Calls linked with Contact
This app simplifies contact management by allowing you to fetch and organize contact records using their phone numbers. It automatically saves phone numbers in the correct international format, ensuring consistency across your contact list. With the app's easy-to-use interface, you can effortlessly manage your contacts, whether for personal or business purposes. It also helps eliminate duplicate leads by identifying and removing redundant entries, keeping your contact database clean and up-to-date. The app ensures you can access, update, and maintain your contacts with ease, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.
This app lets you manage Contacts by their Phone Number in a few simple clicks
Latest Features
In the settings, go to Phone Calls and select Phone Call Manager
In Contacts the Phone Calls section is visible. Click on New to create a new Contact.
Then click on Save
Enter the details as required and then save.
Note that the phone number is automatically saved in international format.
From the Configuration menu go to Settings
In the Phone Calls section, make sure to check on Partner.
This enables the Phone Calls module to fetch Contact records from Partner.
You can enter all the details including Phone Number in the form and save it.
If a Contact with the same Phone Number as entered already exists in the Partner records, it will be fetched automatically.
From the Configuration menu go to Settings and uncheck on Partner and then click on Save
Note that after the above step the Contact records from Partner cannot be fetched.
Click on Create Contact. This will open a wizard.
Enter the details and click on Create.
Record is created. To view all records click on Calls.
