Automated Task Todo Emails – This is the email that employees receive when a task's deadline is approaching. The email contains detailed information about the task, along with a "View" button. When you click on the view button it will redirect you to the Task

Scheduled Mail Action- We have a scheduled action that sends this email to employees. You can set the time for the scheduled action, which will send the email daily to the employee.

The system filters tasks based on the deadline date — it checks if the task’s due date matches today’s date.
The email can list all tasks due today in a single email to avoid spam.
In Odoo, you can configure the scheduled action under Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions.
